Good question?? It's probably not very high, but they make incredible phones. The Mogul is the SHIZIT!!

The thing with HTC is that they are a very niche manufacturer: smartphones, and Windows-based at that. The reason Nokia and Samsung are tops on the list is because they dominate the entry-level and emerging markets. HTC has zero presence there, thus they fall behind everyone else.
