Difficult to believe Carlos sold Tracfone. He must be hard up for money.
The big question is what about Tracfone’s agreements with the other US carriers as it acts as an MVNO for them, with millions of subscribers.

They were having a hard time competing anyways, lots of churn and poor customer experiences. It is a drop in the bucket to him. I imagine those contracts will be cancelled, and those 8MIL subs will either churn away or VZW will offer them some amazing switch offer.

No doubt they will move everyone over to the Verizon network and let other MVNO relationships expire.
