Verizon Fulfills Promise of 30+ 5G Cites in 2019

It was reported earlier by Verizon that the "Ultra wide-band" marketed product will only be available to commercial customers, not the general public on initial roll-outs. Yes, there is 5G but you can't use it. ☹️

I don't think that's correct. Verizon 5G is available to everyone.

It's AT&T that limits its "5G+" product to business customers. That's their mmWave 5G (like Verizon's). But, unlike Verizon, AT&T also offers sub-6 GHz 5G, which they do offer to consumers as simply "5G".

Correct.
5G is still in its infancy and the roll-out still needs to iron out the flaws. Hopefully carriers do not push subscribers to upgrading their phones too quickly. 4G LTE is still quite viable.

The only problem with AT&T's "rules" for who gets their 5G is there is no such technology as 5G+.
