Most customers have no idea what feature they want just FOMO (fear of missing out) drives most of these comments, if I don't have the latest, then what am I missing?

And see that's what I mean, I work for a phone company and people get pissed when they don't get their updates, thinking it's some miracle update that will make their whole life easier, but usually it's a couple security and stability updates and a couple changes here and there but it's crazy how people can get pissed when they don't even know what they're getting
