Meh, what do I care if you want to stroke your e-peen. Hope it feels good, even though, just like an idiot caught jerking, you still look like a fool.

i dont look like a fool what-so-ever..

i stated what could possibly happen. those are the things that could happen, will they? probably not. i like to state all kinds of possibilities, becuase they are sound with good ideas, good valuations and a good situation for the carriers to grow whether it is internationally or domestically.

grow up 🙂

try to do some input.

i said it was a possibility.. especially if they are going to fork over $50B why not spend another $100B and buy out the whole company..

Okay, 50 Billion for 40% of Verizon. So another 50 Billion added will be enough for ALL of Vodafone? You are whacked. Will it take Verizon 150 years until they turn a profit after this deal? đŸ¤Ŗ

its $50B for 45% of vodafone's stake and then verizon could put up another $100B for vodafone. (not $50B)

the point is, they will turn a profit but not soon obviously becuase of that debt they were to assume with the combined company.. but take a look at their net income, revenue and holdings.. the new company would have a worldwide footprint.

i posted this on a forum; https://www.phonescoop.com/news/discuss.php?f m=m&ff=1639&fi=562441

what it said;

just based on subscribers(becuase that is the real price of what many companies are paying)

verizon wireless= 51.3 million
the recent dollar amount per subscriber from recent purchases= $2,000

total= $102B
spectrum= $47B

Yeah I'm with you dude Regardless I don't usually check the sprint forums and whereever else you posted that stuff so it is kind of convenient to see it in the news on the homepage. I've always found what you said helpful. Now back to what was stated, I'm wondering how big the iDEN/CDMA phone is going to be and what ti will look like. I always had a feeling that they would refrain from trying to get iDEN and CDMA to "talk to each other" and just go that route. I would think this way would be far more reliable than. Now I forgot what else I was going to say so I'm out.

Mar 27, 2006, 12:26 PM
well they are doing this phone becuase they want to slowly have customers stop using the nextel network and migrate to sprint's cdma network. with this dual phone there would not be as much bandwidth being used on the nextel network becuase that phone will only be using nextel's direct connect feature/side of the network and using sprint's voice and data. perhaps when Qchat comes out that could perhaps say the end to nextel's direct connect. (there are still no plans right now for what nextel is going to do with its network)

Naah, you can't blame the kid for braggin'. It's not polite, but I don't lose any sleep over nextel18 being impolite anymore. That's part of his "special charm." In fact, when he polite, humble, or apologetic (he has been so in the past, Cub Scout's Honor, I've seen it), I'm usually so overwhelmed that I have to stop and take my pulse.
