I'm in Montana & in a NY minute would switch to T-Mobile or Sprint. Problem is, neither has so much as one tower in our state & several surrounding states are very poorly covered by them also. AT&T is OK here but by and far, Verizon is the best. Shame they can't stop the arrogance & have more respect for their customers. 12GB's as the maximum amount of data you can buy for a family to share is pathetic. Upping the per phone charge to $20 from $15 like it is also wrong. With everyone else lowering prices & raising data allotments this is showing zero regard for customers Verizon! Where are you TMO & Sprint, you'd pick up half the state's population if you came here!!!

On the contrary they are doing this because of the demand of their customers. Customers wanted simpler pricing and no more contracts....GUESS WHAT THEY ARE GETTING!!! This will not benefit everyone in every situation. Do the research and see what's best for you. Also you even said that no other carrier works where you live but that you would switch if you could...Saving money to have something that doesn't work where and when you need it makes no sense. Imagine your in an emergency and you need to make a call and your phone will not work, does that few dollars you might have saved really matter to you at that point???When you want the best sometimes you got to be willing to spend a little more for it.

Yes. The Big Red mantra: If you want the best you have to pay more. It is as though they have no idea how arrogant they sound.

How is that arrogant, its business. why should they spend the money to invest in their network to be the best but then charge you as if they are tmobile/sprint...you pay for what you get.

This is simpler? How? By the smartphone access fee going from $15 to $20? By eliminating plans above 12GB so they can charge gross amounts for overages? I wish we had competition is what I was saying but T-Mobile & Sprint are unfortunately not really nationwide carriers so we are at the mercy of Verizon & ATT. Between the two of those, we have half a cell carrier/network available here. Albeit an ultra pricey one without unlimited data. What's wrong with hoping for competition some day?

120.00 for 20GB
175.00 for 25GB
225.00 for 30GB
300.00 for 40GB
375.00 for 50GB
450.00 for 60GB
600.00 for 80GB
750.00 for 100GB

These are all of the consumer data plans offered past the S M L XL plans form Verizon Wireless

And on the point of the access fee per smart phone on the going up from 15.00 to 20.00. You do realize that the price VZW was charging per line was 40.00? You only got the discounted service on a device installment plan or you are out of contract already, A lot of existing customers don't qualify for either.

The across the board restructure of making all phones 20.00 is making it a standard rate and some some odd qualification based pricing.
