iD pack for Cool Seniors
My grandfather couldn't even begin to know what a smartphone is, let alone use one. Give him a flip phone, however, even a slide-out with a keyboard, and hes good to go. Does sprint really think that seniors want to use any of those Smartphones they named support this ?

You guys arent giving seniors enough credit. Its 2012 almost 2013 people. Even OLD people want to do more with their phones, its just getting harder for them to understand. Do kids now-a-days even "talk" anymore? Everything is text or facebook/twitter. If older folks want to stay in touch with their younger children/grand-children then this is just what we need. I work retail sales and the seniors I encounter WANT smartphones, they just don't know if they will "get" it. I think this is an EXCELLENT venture out in to getting these fully featured devices in to the hands of everyone. You need to see the value in this, Med alarms, fall alarms, easy to use quick links, it's just what the older generation of today needs. Of course there are still ...

No you're absolutely right. I was just being silly and looking for a quick laugh. I like Sprint. I feel like they are pretty darn pro consumer for a for profit corporation
