The sentence:

"With these new tools, developers can create and publish applications that will work on devices running Android 4.1."

Should be re-written to say:

"With these new tools, developers can create and publish applications that are optimized for devices running Android 4.1."

The article makes it sound like (or implies) that none of the current applications in the android market work with Android 4.1.

Not trying to be a smart-A$$ it was just something I noticed and could not stop thinking about. 😁
