AT&T Continues Quest for More Spectrum

If AT&T bought out Leap, what would happen to Cricket? Would they turn into an MVNO of AT&T then, or just dissolve?

Also, what's the likelihood that an AT&T buyout of Leap would get through the FCC or other government regulation?
