I Don't Get It!

Most Tablets and Slab Style PDA's CLONES of each other. The all work nearly identicle to one another.

The only legitimate suit that one manufacturer could bring against each other would be logo copyright infringement.

People are only loyal to Price, Brand and Carrier....

I wouldn't care other than our judicial resources fueled by our tax dollars are being missappropiated for this corporate school yard squabble!
..or maybe Star Trek should sue everybody for copying their designs from the 1960s and from TNG in 1989 ?
I think this cloning is rubbish, its like the Wright Brothers family suing all aircraft makers because they all have wings. Form of function decides what many of these products are going to look like.

karma strikes back!!!
I love it, Apple is getting what it deserves for starting this patent war. I wish the ITC would block apple from importing new iPhones and iPads!

Simply put if apple had ask companies to license their patents Motorola wouldn't have step on their toes so hard. Apple deserves a little bit of their own medicine.
it seems like they are getting there own medicine and moto is better at giving it since i have been half paying attention 90% of apples lawsuits have failed or at best ended in small settlements for them

now other people are playing there game an...

Wow no joke, these law suits are getting out of hand! I understand where everyone is coming from, but man this is nuts.
