No surprise

There is a ton of money at stake here and the principle players/investors don't have a particularly clean track record.
Sprint has to be shaking there head.

do it yourself sprint

hey mr. hesse,

i understand you want to save a penny, but just put up the damn lte network yourself and stop trying to outsource it. cut off iden and use those funds to get it up. every day you waste we fall behind everyone else in lte.

Um they are doing it themselves. They weren't and aren't outsourcing their LTE build to LightSquared. LightSquared was the one doing the outsourcing. They were going to pay Sprint to piggyback onto their Network Vision rollout.
