Sprint: Rules the South?

Apparently Sprint wants to stick to catering to customers in the deep south.

Every other company has mapped their LTE in high priority areas such as Chicago, New York, LA, Seattle, and the likes.
Thats what makes them different and better, they are not followers and decide to do things their way.
...
Four of AT&T's first five LTE markets were in the south (Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Atlanta).

Sprint isn't breaking any new ground here.
