Some places say I can access the internet with the T-Mobile Sparq but I am trying to find out if it has WiFi capability or how to get to the internet. Thanx, Wes.

This device only comes with a 90 days manufacturers warranty, as opposed to the 365 days warranty that every single other T-Mobile phone is provided with by the manufacturer.
