I hate this bargain/bartering crap. ATT has the absolute WORST customer service with among the highest complaint rate out of any company. I have NEVER spoken to anyone who reported a good experience. I do not use ATT or T-Mobile, but have had to call their customer "support" before for friends/family technical troubleshooting and have always had to resolve my issue somewhere else...usually a quick google search to find others reporting the same issue with the same complaints against ATT. Maybe the company wouldn't be lagging in its' industry if it had not outsourced most of its employees in the first place. If ATT had not illegally secured the iPhone, that company would not exist today. Just goes to show what some fanboys will do...anything ...

Chevy sucks no Ford sucks. This is all banter, theres someone out there that has had good/bad experienceswith every and every kind of company. Point being you dont get to be a HUGE company by not doing stuff right. Say they did have the worst customer service ever....Well there still making billions so something else must be really good. Point being AT$T wouldn't be doing as well as they are today without doing something right....And they are actually doing quite well...They are not hurting one bit. Hate to burst your bubble but its not like 50% of AT&T's customers are ready to jump ship...
