I don't get it
Just as they are set to lose the court case over the phrase app store, they are starting new battles with new people. As soon as the court rules, and the indication is that apple is sure to lose, then the point would be moot. So why bother? Don't have a bad enough image already???
What I do know is that I wish I were a part of the attorney team for Apple. So many billable court hours...
