Laws are supposed to protect us from criminals, not save us from our own stupidity. If you made a choice to purchase and download an app that specifically stated it has access to "location" that's your fault!! Not the developer, not the carrier, not the phone manufacturer! It's not surprising that the education level in our country is failing when compared to countries. The Federal Government doesn't want Americans to have to think about anything.
