Sprint's Latest 'ID' Has Green All Over It

What are your thoughts on them? Personally, I think they are annoying and it is obvious that it is just another way to make advertising revenue.
I love android because of it's ability to be very customisable, SPRINT ID's take away from that and give you a bundle of what Sprint thinks you would like... err I mean, what Sprint got paid to load in a bundle.
I also hate how on certain phones (Optimus, Transform) they are required... before you do anything else, you have to download a Sprint ID.
