What is the performance/battery life supposed to be like?

Don't buy into the Apple flash hate. Battery life suffers some but not to the extent that it makes your phone die hours earlier than it would without it. it might take 30 minutes off of your battery if your using it casually

I wouldnt call it apple flash hate. I downloaded it and set it for on demand only. Using the droid 1 it slows the internet down DRASTICLY. Its nice to have, yes, but it is not as good as flash for PC

The Droid 1 has bare minimum specs for Adobe flash. So that has alot to do with your performance issues.
