While the guy was a pioneer, it comes down to the ol' Paula Abdul: What have you done for me lately?
He has made a few choices (as well as non-choices) that have him looking like a chump.
I don't know if Sprint had a hand in forcing his resignation but it wouldn't surprise me. Sprint is doing pretty well in the eye of the public these days so I can see them raising a stink over its partner looking pretty poor.
I don't believe that this is bad for Clear though. Getting a new ceo can often be a good thing. Just look what Hesse was able to do...
