Target Mobile (Radioshack) will be offering the HTC Inspire for $79.99 with a preorder. It requires a $50 deposit but lowers the end price from $99.99. They are taking orders from Feb 4th to Feb 9th, and the product will be available for pickup when it is released on Feb 13th.
