Seriously?

The trademarks aren't even close unless Sony Ericsson has the rights to the color green and white they shouln't have a case.

If you ask a US consumer to identify each company by each logo...

They'll reply "I have no idea who either of those companies are." 🤣
Sony Ericsson tried buying Clearwire outright, but due to its own liquidity problems couldn't raise up the necessary 75 cents .

SE doesnt even exist in the U.S!!!!

SE, just like Nokia gave up on the U.S. market. They don't even have a presence here.
They actually do exist here. They make feature phones for ATT and (I believe) Tmobile. They're not a big presence, but if the Arc is any indecation, they want to become a larger presence.

And US companies sue international knockoffs all the time,...
