Clear but spotty

Finally, official confirmation of what I was seeing the past few weeks.

On my way to work this morning, I saw 4G signal for several miles on CT-15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway) and there appears to be signal at my home (although I have not seen it there yet).

The problem is that there are significant holes in the coverage (even along the highways), and there is no 4G signal in either of the places I would use it the most (at work or the theater).

Hopefully Clear/Sprint will provide more coverage in the near future.

Great News....

For those waking up this morning in these areas.

I have had WiMAX since June in my area and love it. It was spotty at first, but they have done a good job filling in areas of weakness. The compliment of network to device has been a good experience.

If you have an Evo and have been waiting, you will love the speed that is clearly seen with WiMAX.

Good luck to these cities.

Enjoy!
