Rhapsody in BlackBerry a Joyful Noise
Rhapsody is an amazing idea.
But its the single worst service I've ever experienced on a mobile device. Period.
I CANCELLED the service after a month only to recieve threatening E-Mails from them 6 months later telling me that if I didn't pay the monthly service fee my account would be cancelled... wait, what??
I checked my credit card statement and found out they had been charging me all along, had their billing dept. not made an error and messed up my information resulting in no payment hence the threatening E-mail I'd still be being charged for this crap service.
Never purchase Rhapsody on ANY device. It just does not work as advertised.
