Hopefully they get it fixed soon here, I don't even bother sending an mms if I'm not on wifi because it's really slow

at&t isn't hooking up dsl to a customer's home this time. but that's so at&t-like. take forever to fix a problem. 🤣 😛

Do realize that this is a device/software issue and has even been confirmed by the manufacturer?
The customer doesn't have to care or even have to get it right. They don't even have to apologize if they get things wrong.
