What a joke...

Ok great - charge me $150 for the Femtocell just like Verizon and I am fine with that. My question is why should I have to pay $20 a month for you to use my broadband connection to help your crappy network? I have been an AT&T customer for 13 years but I just don't understand their thinking. Sorry - my rant is over now...
@xcr, unfortunately this article is not correct. You do NOT have to add the $20 feature. The $20 feature is only if you want unlimited voice calling while connected to the microcell.

T-Mobile did this already.......

Wi-Fi at home through Linksys router. 🤣

With a microcell, any ATT 3G phone can use it. I honestly believe T-Mobile should do the same. It would be easier, and any phone will be able to use it.

Tried to get one for free

I called 611 and got Business Support and asked if they would give me a Microcell for free. She asked someone who said no.
It was worth a shot to find out how easy it would be to get a free one.
Well you have to be in the test markets. If it takes off, they'll probably start a wider array of offers for a limited amount of time.

No Feature Required

Dear Mods,

The $19.99 per month feature is for unlimited voice calling from the Microcell. The feature is not required but optional for unlimited calling.
