So what is Google trying to do...?

Not to say Google is a bad company at all...honestly, I think the company is one of the most innovative and a lot of companies could learn a lot from them as far as creation and even employee satisfaction...

My wonder is where is Google going with all of this. They offer so many free services and I've always wondered what the ultimate goal is? Does Google want to be our one-stop-shop for everything technology or are they just trying to make the world an easier place to navigate? At some point, doesn't cost have to come into the equation? I just don't know how this FREE stuff can continue...especially with phone companies not exactly liking Google Voice in general...
google makes incredible amounts of money through advertising, not to mention the android platform, thats not free ya know
The more google services you use, the more likely you are to use google as your search engine.

The more people who use google for their search engine, the higher rates google can charge for advertising space within search results and soon mobile ad...
That's a very good question. I was thinking the same thing.
