Skype 2.0 Delivers Calls Via 3G for iPhone
Does it use plan minutes? (Doesn't it on VZW?)
If I'm correct, the crooks at VZW made Skype use plan minutes. If I'm correct, the iPhone version does not.

How it works is that when you place a call (to another skype number) it will route your call as a normal cellular call (bypassing data latency) and it treats it like a verizon to verizon call (free)
