AT&T Still Won't Commit to iPhone Tethering Date

Shoot yourself in the foot...

Ehhh...again, I'm no carrier fanboy...Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint are a utility to me...

AT&T is ridiculous. First they want us to believe the network is strong and that we shouldn't all jump ship and go to Verizon. But in the same breath, they say no Tethering because of the network. I am just kind of tired of going back and forth with this. Rethink Possible? They better rethink what they say to the press or there will be a mass exodus from AT&T one of these days...
It is "rumored" that Apple is also getting tired of AT&T's issues as well.

probably since only the iPhone data is uncompressed and at&t dont want that kind of load on their network.
To the point where even regular cell phone users can have issues too. I got tired of their network quality so I switched to Sprint and have enjoyed decent service with them all spring long.

Too many people want the iPhone, and can you blame them? ...

I've had no problems tethering my iPhone since I got it...
