This is getting bad,
you know the economy is getting bad when you have to scrape the barrel deep enough to sue over camera's on smartphones.

they're using different image capture technology / design?? i dunno, but i agree it seems weird, it's not like they didn't know these phones were out there and all of a sudden OMGZ they're using our camera!
