I don't get it, why isn't Android 2.1 on the Hero now? It's been out now for over a month, and HTC has surely had a working copy before then.
I'm sure they have their reasons. Re-designing Sense for 2.1 probably takes more than a month or 2.

BAAMMM!!!.

It appears my boys at HTC are not letting me down. I said 2010 was going to be the year for them. This is an awesome start. There are 3 things I am routing for this year.

1) HTC.
2) WinMo7 *
3) Sprint **

* While Android maybe the big player this year, the re-tooled WinMo is going to have another wind of action. I am a firm believer in NOT counting a company like Microsoft out. I suspect a new interest for them by years end.

** Sprint has been struggling, but their direction to fix CS, has worked and it has dramatically improved. They have the will to survive and have made tremendous across the board advances internally. I further expect to see more great news from this carrier.
WinMo7 really suprised me.. I'm kinda impressed by it. The only thing that concerns me is how well it will handle business tasks. I know that they want to market to a new crowd, but there are a lot of companies that stuck with MS because of their b...
