Now T-Mobile USA (Deutsche Telekom) can play with the big boys on TV.
See... I want them to do this. Because if ATT is claiming that it covers "all that it needs to" with 3g, Tmobile should deff make a:

HSDPA phone ratings

If I have a phone rated at 3.6, and my network pushes 3G at 7.2, will I be limited to a 3.6 rate?
Without a firmware update you are correct assuming the chipset is 7.2 compliant. Not all are. What phone do you have?



Oh now wait, these are American phones... yeah good luck with that.

Goodbye AT&T Advertisements

Well, I guess we won't be able to hear Luke Wilson saying, "AT&T has the nation's fastest 3G network" anymore. Shucks.

Bravo to T-Mo for going from virtually nothing to leapfrogging the rest.
Well, they still have a few months.

The funny thing about advertising is that words like fastest or best actually don't mean as much as faster or better. So long as Tmobile and AT&T are on HSPA 7.2, both can claim to be the "fastest 3G network", e...

T-Mobile quietly slipping in and taking over?

They have branded themselves as the most economic carrier, now they have been working hard to build a fast, wide and strong network.

Could this be the quiet before the storm for T-Mobile here in the U.S.?

I wonder how nice the iPhone would be with 21mbps HSDPA+???? 😁
