Palm Makes webOS 1.3.1 Available to the Pre
Wi-Fi Now Works. Mytether Does Not
After finally getting 1.3.1 re-installed, Wi-Fi is now working properly. However, Mytether will not work. Hopefully, there will be an update for mytether that will re-enable it.
how was yo tethering working to begin with? this phone is only compatible with the everything data plans which dont allow service reps to add PAM (Phone as Modem) so I'm curious. Plus Sprint released a statement saying that they will be leaving tether...

by the way.. To change the tone..
open the messaging app
go to preferences & accounts
and then tada its under that NEW MESSAGE option thing
where it says SOUND, pick ringtone and then a new option box opens below, set your tone and your ready to roll

Update Killed Wi-Fi!
This update killed wi-fi. It will not turn on at all. So, if you use wi-fi and have not updated to 1.3.1...I'd wait til they release 1.3.2 that fixes the problem with wi-fi they created with this update.
i updated to 1.3.1 and my wifi is functioning normally at home and at work. 😎
