12hrs battery life, ?REALLY?

I find this 12hr battery life very, very ?questionable? And of course the article didn't bother to say if the 3G is tri-band, or Europe's stupid 2100 band.

I just cant ever get happy aboout saomething this small, i love my 2yr old laptop, its thin has a decent screen etc, i just cant really get into these at all, most of them dont have cd drives at all....fail just cant understand the craze

If they had made this a Maemo based device, especially a convertible tablet netbook, instead of a conventional netbook ... I would be ALL over this. Better than waiting for the Apple 10" tablet rumors to pan out.

But ... WINDOWS???? F that.
Maemo is not only the most fun operating system to say aloud (closely followed by "Ubuntu"), but what they've done with the internet tablets is one of those possible future directions of technology, and just flat out cool. If there was any cha...

Phone Functionality?

If it is targeted to Mobile Operators and it allows for video calling, I would hope it also allows for regular voice calling (and not just VOIP). That would truly make it an awesome device and the hot-swappable sims would be more useful then if one were to use a voice sim and a data sim. I don't see any other benefit to hot-swappable sims especially since mobile operators wouldn't want you swapping in a competitors sim. If it has regular GSM voice...it is the perfect netbook.
