Why would Jitterbug customers go to AT&T.

It is what it is...i work for a corporate owned store (i'm a direct dealer) and while i was in the middle of helping someone she walks in and interrupts me and asks "is this at&t?" i'm like...ma'am did you not see the big ass sign outside that said t-mobile....she's like well aren't you guys the same and i'm like no you dumb ass you just wasted my time with that question. then i had another lady come in old as hell and asked me if we sold answering machines, i had to resist...too easy...just pointed her to radioshack down the way 🤣

At least with cups and string, we didn't have dropped calls! Coverage was very limited but service was spot on!
