TRUTH

these batteries are refurbish. Now has anyone made an insureance claim with signal and got a refurbish phone. I have it worked for a week. what people dont know the battery your phone comes with has a 1 year warr. what means if it goes bad the replace it with a new battery not USED or REFURBISH (battery cant have water damage). people dont fall for scams. when something is to good to be true it always BS.

Policy Clarification

Hopefully whomever posted the original article reads this...there is no such requirement that the phone has been purchased in the last 18 months. We will do a battery swap for ANY reason at ANY time provided that the phone is part of the program and the customer has not already swapped their battery 4 times in a 30 day period.

PRICES

people look around batteries don't cost that much. its like when they price a car retail value is !@%&#. when you get it here it !@#. Retail value mean I made a number up in my head in which i think i would cost this much. ALL CRAP

Batteries for newer phones, especially smartphones, are expensive. Granted, some of the lower end phone batteries are only $20-$30, still thats money that you can uses elsewhere.
well you sound angry my friend, how the ladder works is maker sells wholesale in "bulk" then the company then sells retail as single. unless you want to buy 4,000 batteries at $10 you can for $40,000 or you can buy 1 for $30-40 dollars. $40,000 > $4...

He's right.

Seriously take a look around- Shops that sell cellphone batteries usually have like 80-90% gross margin on them.... You do the math.
