I say fire them all and outsource the jobs to India!

I say fire them all and outsource the jobs to India! Has any one ever tried to talk to these union guys on the phone “I don’t know that is not my job.” Or “you will have to leave a voice mail for the person who handles it.” If it is not there job those union reps are worthless.
Yes, because outsourcing to India has not led to any problems witih customer complaints, reports of poor service and image problems for an American-based company.

Actually, when I worked for an outsourced contractor for AT&T, it seemed like the unionized call centers always had the good quality metrics (and were much more pleasant to deal with on a transfer).

But oh well. Logic isn't called for at times like...

Fire them all and hire COMPETENT workers that need work! With Obama as president we have no shortage of unemployed willing to jump all over these jobs!
This would be a good idea if the entire current workforce were incompetent.

And if experience had zero value.

And if training time for new employees was zero.

And if there were no reputation or morale penalty associated with being a dick just...

This affects landline services and not cell. We ratified our contract.
That's why I didn't say "AT&T Mobility".
