I was really looking forward to seeing Nokia make a reliable Wimax device on an awesome network ☹️

im still new at this

but where any of thez phones already made and if so will they still go on the market
I think The N810 was slated for Sprint 1st quarter of this year. This is not a good thing. The push for LTE I am sure is a factor for this. They also probably thought there would not be a huge demand as only 2 cities have WiMax at this point. Baltimor...

Dead WiMax N810

You know, this is probably a good thing. It turns out that the N810 is on its way out - both the Wifi and the WiMax version. Both are underpowered with sketchy and somewhat dim touchscreens, and a GPS chip that isn't worth the silicon it's printed on. They are also missing important features like A2DP or video phone conferencing with Skype.

Nokia seems to be aware of the N810's shortcomings, it appears that there is a new model in the works, along with a significant upgrade to the operating system (called Fremantle). Rumors have it that the upgrade will have a much better processor (TI OMAP3), 3G HSPA along with the usual WLAN, as well as a graphics accelerator.
