Sprint or Clearwire

This is new so Sprint does not own the technology they will only act as a provider for the Wimax service with the hardware. Clearwire will offer Wimax to whomever has Wimax enabled handsets, whether it is Sprint or whoever else. I wonder if Verizon will make Wimax handsets.
Verizon won't be using WiMAX, they will be using LTE.

Do a little research first.

tee-hee

Sprint announced that it will be offering dual-mode CDMA/WiMax wireless modems before the end of 2008. . . .Sprint did not say when the dual-mode handsets would be available.

😉
I read the first part about the modems, failing to read the "handsets" part about the last sentence. 🤭
