I just found out the Pearl Flip has a real 3.5mm headphone jack.

Sure would be nice if HTC followed RIM's lead with devices that have 3.5mm headphone jacks. I don't think there is a new Blackberry that doesn't have a real headphone jack.

And btw, I was reading about this new Blackberry over @ Engadget Mobile it also said 16GB microsd cards.

Gosh I really do wonder why @ the end of 2008 people still carry around ipods.
because the interface is better and until my blackberry is as easy to use/sync music....ipod wins.

plus, I only use my ipod at the gym, and quit frankly, its the only time of the day when I get a break from the berry....its kind of nice.

T-Mobile really dropped the ball here...

When you have 2 competitors launching exclusive Blackberry models... WITH 3G... and you launch this without your flavor of 3G (AWS). 🙄

At least they save face having the first Android phone.
Did you ever think that maybe RIM never manufactured this device to have 3G? Also, AT&T and the Bold are having issues. Wait, the Bold itself is having issues. Even Orange, which is an overseas carrier planned on launching the Bold, but canceled it du...
3G sucks for GSM anyway, plus this phone has wifi which should help make up for slower internet.

You should be complaining that tmobile/att need to be working on their 3G towers and coverage--thats the real issue here.
If you are truly worried about internet speeds then At&t and Tmobile are not the service providers you need. Sprint is the one you need, I have Tmobile and Sprint.
