Sprint Launches In-Store Phone Tutorial Program

I Wonder If...

They will have tutorial "levels?" "Advanced" for geeks, "medium" for the regular folks out there, and "easy" for the intellectually challenged.

The "easy" tutorial might start out by saying, "this is the end of the phone that goes next to the ear, while the other end should fall directly below your mouth." 🤣
lol no, as reps we go step by step depending on the customer but i wouldnt be surprise if we need to explain something like this to a customer
LOL! This actually happened to my Mother. I bought her her first clamshell and when she tried to use it, she was talking into the wrong end! She was getting really pissed at the phone saying the she could barely hear anybody.

Awesome!

This is great for customers!

But shouldn't reps be showing them the features as part of the sale?
I'm sure the reps go over the basic features and functions of the device, but I'm sure each rep doesn't give them step by step from start to finish on many of the features and applications, this program will do that. This is great for Sprint's custome...

Should they do it, and I guess some do (this goes for all carriers) and how much information given can vary.

I happen to think this is a good idea, people get their phone, they're in a rush to get out, store is busy, the salesperson is in a rush ...
