Check out Cell Ranger at half the retail price!! I've tested CellRanger and it really works!!

The Cell Ranger only boosts the incoming signal - nothing outgoing. I haven't researched this particular Wilson product - but typically Wilson products work on both the incoming and outgoing transmissions.

Sprint's Airave by samsung does the same thing for $100 retail, and gives you unlimited callling from calls placed within range of the device for that users account
