Phone-As-Modem = $45

I just talked to "David" at Sprint. He said that in order to sign up for PAM you have to have the $30 data/Power Vision pack, with the premium tv, etc. I mentioned that I'd heard I could add PAM to my existing $15/mo Power Vision pack, and he apologized for the wrong information. For PAM you have to have the $30 plan.

Just thought I'd share.

What?! 5GB limit?

I thought with sprint we were immune from this regulation. 😳
Why ever would you think that?

Currently T-Mobile is the only major carrier that has no limitation of any kind on its network, be it data or roaming charge. $19.99 for EDGE/GPRS and HotSpot isnt too bad. It ALSO includes usage both on phone AND on ...

Does anyone know if there's a way to track usage? Are you just cut off if you go over 5GB, or do they charge extra?

TIA!

Nice Advertising

So they dropped the price from $50 to $15 per month...but you have to have another data package costing an additional $30.

So BASICALLY your saving 5 bucks... 🙄
$15 for the basic data plan, $30 for the pro, both work. And the data pack was always needed for PAM.
I thought the same exact thing! ! !
5 bucks is 5 bucks. some other companies charge for every little thing so this kind of saving is refreshing as little as it may be and I welcome it. with 3 lines plus the tax that would roughly save me 20 a month.

Really?

Sprint charges for this? Wow no wonder they are the worst company out there. Tmobile doesn't charge to use your phone as a modem. All you need it the $20.00 data package or if you know what your doing the $5.99 t-zones package. Just another reason sprint sucks.
T-Mobiles is free becasue is it dial up speed on their edge data network smart guy. With Sprint you don't have to wait 5 min for ESPN.com to load. Talk to me when you have 3G in more than just Vegas. Sprint, VZW, and At&t charge people because it i...

GPRS data speeds or if you are lucky EDGE or UMTS. Another reason T-mobile sucks.

People without networks should really not throw stones at those who have them.

I would give away my service if it was dial up speed as well. Nobody who could see b...

SPRINT PLANS CANT BE BEAT!!!!

Yall Know deep down that Sprint has the best plan, Yes worst customer service but best plans, you have to take the good with bad. Hey but we are working on that. None of our plans could be beat!
Just another desperate move to try to gain some customers, sprint has been giving the farm away for the last couple years and nothing is working for them.
