HTC Launches CDMA Variant of Touch Diamond

Thanksgiving / Fall is what we've been told in Sprint Stores but some of the other phones in the rumor mill will give this phone a run for its money

compare side by side, and i'm sure most will realize that the HTC Pro/Diamond will "crush" the iPhone in pure ability accross the board. There may be a few out there (obviously you are one of them) that prefer the iPhone, although one must admit that it is limited in relation to today's technology.

so your telling me exactly what i told you the touch screen capabilities are better on the iphone and the UI is more intuitive 🙄

I'm 21 years old and I'm a full time student that works for at&t part time (beer$) i have no reason to be able to have a full PDA, all i need is a device that will check my e-mail, let me listen to music, make phone calls and surf the web (wether its over HSPA or WIFI)

no...actually i'm telling you that the phone will be better all around...OS and Screen. I must admit though, its nice to see people out there that are willing to admit when they don't need "all that" on a phone...

my question to you is this...if you are looking for...

...then why in the world spend so much money on the iPhone when there are SO MANY others out there that do this for a cheaper price?

good point, but i have itunes, i have an older macbook and i dont want to waste memory having the sames songs in 2 formats MP3 and itunes. its more of a convenience thing.

😕 It does have touchscreen, hence TouchFlo 3D.

I meant the screens ability to recognize finger movement... the iphone set the bar and htc is doing everything possible to catch up

my mogul recognizes my fingers just fine...and with the new OS, it'll just get better. Plus, with WM6.1, if i don't like the boxed OS, i can simply download a program that will give me what i do like.

did you know that i could make my mogul look and operate just like an iphone, if i wanted to?

😁 but it wont be an iphone 🤣 what you dont understand is the iphones OS is faster than anything windows could possibly come up with until they come out with something similar.

there is no task manager to worry about everything opens WHEN you want it to as fast as if it were already open... your 500mhz processor still wont let you do that, safari web browser works flawlessly compared to your Windows Explorer, and last i checked you werent able to talk on the phone and look up movie times at the same time on CDMA
