I must be...

the first person played with this phone, and tell people here about my impression.
Simply, I called Fedex to schedule a pickup within 15 minutes of receiving it.
If I had to decided on between this phone and RAZR V3, I'd take V3.
What specific aspects of the phone didn't meet your expectations?

I picked up my yesterday and really like it. Much better than the RAZR/KRZR series. Moto does have another one coming out with VZW in the next couple months (V750)

I can't find this phone on Phonescoop

looking for info....
Go to Phonearena...

I juggle between Phonescoop and their site to find out about the latest and greatest. Phonescoop is great on their news feeds, Phonearena is always up on current phones, and "upcoming" phones. Click ...

And...

I'm so excited about it!

I'm thinking we're going to sell tons of these.

😁
I think we will, too. Especially the purple one for the women. At the same time, I can also see us FRUing most of these out at some point 😕

Messed with it on Friday 5/23...

I enjoyed the phone. You can't beat the price! It was a surprise, to be sure. I saw it on the Verizon site Wednesday and was surprised since Phonescoop hadn't posted information on it at the time.

I went into my Verizon store to exchange my Glyde for the RAZR2 and gave the W755 a quick run-through. It's not nearly as sexy as the RAZR2 but it's a slick looking cell nonetheless. I have to say it looks like a Moto/Nokia hybrid in some ways.
Appearance-wise; considering the lines, colors, elegant-factor..it's the original Star Trek if the RAZR2 is the Next Generation. 🙂

(sorry. I always think about Star Trek when I think about Moto flip-phones.)

I'd recommend it to flip fans, from what I learned in my 8-10 minutes of hands-on.
When did Motorola have a Star Trek phone? They sold the Star Tac back in the day, but no Star Trek to my knowledge.

Less Mirror Finish!

Finally! I saw this phone the other day and it looks like Moto is realizing that consumers DON'T like to see their fingerprints all over the outside of their phone! This phone was only glossy on the inside, which is an improvement over the horrible RAZR2 completely mirror finished exterior and interior. Hopefully Samsung & LG will follow suit.
