AT&T WiFi Coverage

Weren't we all just giggling about AT&T's limited WiFi coverage earlier this month!? 🤭
Yeah, but AT&T is taking over the Starbucks WiFi spots, so it won't be limited for long.

Hotspot@Home Now Even better than $10, if you have multiple lines

Yesterday I upgraded from an 8100 to an 8320. I purchased Hotspot@Home for $10. The rep told me that the $10 also covered my wife's phone. Now this has me thinking about getting my wife a new phone to use with the Hotspot@Home sevice. Guess that is the reason they are offering such a good deal!
correct. the $10 is for the first line on a family plan, adding it to the other 4 lines is free.

How does this exactly work? Does this mean that while I am at home and my BB Curve is connected to my wireless network via WiFi I can make calls that way instead of using my cell minutes?

Yes, that's exactly what it means, but it is not limited to just your house. It also includes any HotSpot. Say Quiznos, Starbucks, BestBuy, any place that has a wireless internet connection that your Curve (or other Talk Unlimited phone) picks up, all...
100%, though, your phone needs to support UMA, of course.
