it is great news, but OLD news...i've been able to use one vision (that's what the new system is called) since november 11th, 2007 to be precise, i'm pretty sure every market has had access to one vision because cs can be rerouted to any call center instead of dealing with vision north, vision west, etc. so either phonescoop is extremely behind the times, or verizon just decied to tell everyone 🤨

This actually happened last year. if i can remember it was like august... that we could do this because it has a been a big bonus for us in snow bird arizona where people only come here for half the year.
Last year new activations could have any area code tied to it regardless of location/market. Now families and businesses with phones in different markets can be on the same account. VZW was keeping it quiet until today so that when they announced it...

HUGE news for indirect agents
I put this in another post, but it deserves its own. What this means for those of us who are indirect agents is that we can now service customers' accounts no matter where they're from. Before, in South Dakota, I couldn't do upgrades for people who lived in Texas, for instance. This means better customer service, a more consistent brand experience, and of course for me, more money.
How many lines does VZW allow per family plan, and how does that compare with other companies?
