gee, wonder why they've "struggled" in foreign markets?

b/c their quality control is crap, and the sanyo employees in their ranks now probably won't be able to increase the brand "quality." I have a sanyo now, but won't when I upgrade next.
it sounds like you're trying to say: "Kyocera's QC is crap (but i'm not 100% on that ...) and as long as your next sanyo upgrade comes before Kyocera gets their mitts on the phones you'll be ok."

or do I have it backwards?
The only phones I ever used when I was with Sprint were Sanyo. They were excellent phones. The last two I owned were the 7500 and M1.

Kyocera USA after it's initial success has managed to screw up every single phone that they've introduced here. They even managed to screw up the phones they brought over from Japan. I wonder what this will do for them.
