There were a number of features/specs that were unclear in the presentation whether they applied to the 13R also. Some did, some did not. We tried to make that clearer in our post here.
The 13R does have an IP rating, but it's only IP65.
There are a lot of differences in the camera setup as well. And only the 13 has wireless charging.
