Utah Passes Law That Could Require Porn Blocker on Phones

I can't imagine that even if 5 states passed similar laws that they would withstand constitutional muster. If the concern is that children might see porn - that is the parent's responsibility to implement protections on the handset. The concern shouldn't subject the rest of the population to draconian, anti-democratic, anti-free speach, anti-capitalist laws.
