This should have been done years ago in the USA. These children in adult bodies, do not grasp the full long reaching ramifications of their young actions. This could be easily added to IOS and Android in the Parental Control Settings.
So, teenagers being teenagers. The difference was back in your day there was no digital proof - but i'll bet you were around just as much ;)

So this phone is DOA with this software. Sorry, the kiddies will not want it.
